Information for Referral Partners

Connectors, introducers, behind-the-scenes supporters

Welcome! This page is for the connectors

This page is for people who may not want to share courses directly — but who know other people who would love to become a professional partner.

  • You don’t need to promote.
  • You don’t need to post.
  • You don’t need to manage anyone.

This path is about thoughtful introductions, not visibility.

If you’d rather read a PDF than a webpage, click here to download that.

Looking for your referral link?

There are two ways to find your referral link. You can log in to your dashboard and then look under How to Share: Advanced Tools. Or make it easy and log in to your partner dashboard and then click here. That link is also in the welcome message.

Who this page is for

This page is especially helpful if you:

  • Work with business owners, creators, or service providers who already have audiences or referral networks

  • Teach, coach, or support people who may want to add an ethical, mission-aligned income stream

  • Manage or support programs that already include referrals, partnerships, or affiliates

  • Know families, schools, or groups who fundraise regularly

  • Are often the connector who makes thoughtful introductions

  • Prefer supporting opportunities behind the scenes rather than promoting directly

If you help other people grow sustainable work — and like connecting the right people to the right opportunities — this path may be a good fit.

What this usually looks like in real life

Referral partners typically:

Some examples we see:

You don’t need to explain everything or manage the relationship — we’ll take it from there.

How It Works

Use Your Referral Link

You have a unique link you can use when introducing someone to the program. You can also let us know who you referred or they can share your info with us.

Make a Thoughtful Introduction

Many people already understand referral or affiliate-style programs, so it’s often enough to describe this as similar in structure, but grounded in education and mission rather than marketing.

Earn a Referral Bonus

When someone you refer joins the partner program and earns through their own sharing or fundraising, you receive a 10% referral bonus on those enrollments, based on the original cost.

We're here to answer questions so please reach out!

Jill is also available for Zoom meetings if you’d like to talk things through — you can schedule one now if that feels easiest.

Examples of how to talk about it comfortably

In a B2B Newsletter:

One resource I’ve been pointing people to lately is Dr. Robin’s School. They offer neurodiversity-affirming courses that help people understand how their own brains actually work — not just for neurodivergent folks, but for everyone, since none of us process information the same way.

They have a referral-based program, so if you already share resources or teach business skills, it can become a quiet, ethical income stream without hype or pressure. It’s very much education-first, not marketing-first — so it’s a great option for people who wouldn’t generally consider doing affiliate marketing.

Suggested directly to a kids’ extracurricular business owner (dojo, music school, dance studio, tutoring center, etc.):

I wanted to tell you about a fundraising opportunity I found that felt genuinely aligned with what you do. Dr. Robin’s School teaches kids anatomy and physiology in a way that actually helps them understand their own bodies. It struck me as something your families might really appreciate, so I wanted to pass it along.

How the referral bonus works

When you refer someone who becomes a partner

  • You earn a 10% referral bonus on enrollments that happen through their link
  • This applies whether they’re fundraising or sharing professionally
  • Everything is tracked automatically through your referral link

You don’t need to train them, support them, or follow up

Your role is simply the introduction.

Support

If you’re ready to get started, you don’t have to do anything more than grab your referral link and start sharing.

And if you’d rather talk than read or you have any questions, Jill is here to help.

You can:

We’re glad you’re here, and we’re happy to support you.

Where to find what you need

Inside your dashboard, you’ll find:

  • Your unique referral link
  • A simple overview of how referrals are tracked
  • Reports showing referral activity (optional to check)

You don’t need to log in often — many referral partners don’t.

You can also click here to access a folder with other resources that might help:

  • Banners in a wide variety of sizes
  • Swipe copy
  • Other information

If you want something that isn’t there, just let us know!

What to expect from us

You’ll receive occasional partner emails from us (usually monthly).

These are designed to be helpful, not overwhelming. They often include:

  • What’s currently open or enrolling
  • What’s coming up soon (so you can plan ahead if you want)
  • What’s been working well for other partners
  • Reminders about resources you can use (or ignore)

You don’t need to act on everything we share. Many partners simply read and stay informed.

For professional partners and creators, we’re also happy to collaborate more directly when it’s a good fit.

This might include:

  • Giveaways for your audience
  • Guest interviews or Q&A sessions with Dr. Robin
  • Behind-the-scenes context to support your content
  • Advance notice of upcoming courses or topics

If you’d like to explore something like this, just reach out — we’re glad to talk it through.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

How do I find my referral link?

To get your referral link. look under How to Share: Advanced Tools. Or make it easy and log in to your partner dashboard and then click here. The link is also in the welcome message.

No. That’s optional. You may find that you find ways to share the courses yourself. You can learn more about it here. Yes, the layout of that page is exactly the same as this one but with different copy and images, lol. You’ve done that before too, haven’t you?

No. We handle that.

If you would like to do an interview with Dr. Robin for your students/clients/affiliates or create other specific content and need additional resources, please reach out!

Nope! The sky’s the limit. You’ll earn 10% on all of them. That’s one of the beauties of a scalable online program.

You have a lot of options! We’ll list specific audiences below.  Of course you can refer other business owners who might be interested in being professional partners.  In addition, we have a fundraising option so basically any human looking to do a fundraiser for any reason can be interested. In the current economy, the number of people interested in fundraising has grown dramatically.

These groups of people tend to be the easiest to share:

I’m glad you asked!  You can grab the ebook where I explain how I set up the entire program. That will also sign you up for a short email sequence that gives links and updates so that you can explore what’s available online. I will also provide occasional updates with real numbers and how it’s actually going. I am the kind of person who will share anything about myself if it will help someone else (want to talk about the benefits of long acting reversible contraceptives?) so you’ll get the honest truth, including an updated evaluation of whether I’d do it all again.
