How to Use Your Arizona ESA with Dr. Robin's School

After you select your curriculum, fill out the form to request an itemized invoice. The form asks your preferred curriculum. We will email you the invoice.

Log In to Class Wallet

Once logged in, click the "Pay Vendor" option. Search for "Dr. Robin's School" in the approved Education Service Provider (ESP) list.

Submit Your Invoice

Enter the invoice total, upload the itemized invoice we provided, and submit the transaction. Once ClassWallet processes and confirms the payment, we’ll set up your student's account and email you with login instructions!

Tips for Using Your Funds

  • Contact us any time there seems to be a delay in your state processing your request. Sometimes we can find out more for you from our side.
  • Review your state’s policies. Some expenses require preapproval or are only eligible under certain conditions.
  • Use the marketplace or vendor list for your program to make sure you’re getting an approved course. 
  • Save all receipts and invoices, even if you purchased through the marketplace.
  • Keep up with changes. Since the money is through the state, rules aren’t decided by you, me, or anyone running the program. They are usually decided by legislatures, judges, or others in the government.
