To access your account information, you’ll need to log in to the PARENT dashboard. This is a common point of confusion, as many users accidentally log in to the student dashboard.
Once you’re logged into the parent dashboard:
- On a Computer: Look for your account icon or name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on it to access your account details.
- On a Phone/Tablet: Tap the “hamburger menu” (three horizontal lines) typically located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This will open a menu, and you’ll find your account information there.
From your account settings, you can typically:
- Update your payment information
- Change your password
- View your purchase history

Managing Your Account
Managing your Dr. Robin’s School subscription is designed to be straightforward and convenient. Here’s a breakdown of how to handle different payment methods:
Credit Card (via Stripe):
- If you’re paying with a credit card through Stripe, you can easily update your payment information or cancel your subscription using this link.
- Alternatively, you can update your credit card details directly within your account. Simply log in to the parent dashboard, click on your profile (usually in the upper right-hand corner on a computer or via the “hamburger menu” on a mobile device), and then select “Billing.”
PayPal:
- If you’re using PayPal for your subscription, you can manage your active subscriptions directly through your PayPal account.
Billing Questions (PayPal & Stripe):
- For any billing-related questions, regardless of your payment method, please contact us.
